Dan Carcillo is active for the Flyers in Game 2 of the Stanley Cup Finals against the Blackhawks.
It is being reported that rookie James van Riemsdyk will be a healthy scratch to make room for Carcillo.
"Danny doesn't cross that line too much," Philadelphia coach Peter Laviolette said.
"In fact, it goes the other way. I believe he finished top three in the penalties he draws as opposed to the penalties he takes. It was like a plus-25 rating. Danny Carcillo has done an excellent job with his discipline when he's been in the lineup. He plays an aggressive game, can agitate a little bit and be physical. He's done an excellent job of controlling his game and keeping it legal."
