The Ducks announced today that the club has signed right wing Tim Jackman to a one-year contract extension through the 2015-16 season.
Jackman, 33, has collected 8-3=11 points with 146 penalty minutes (PIM) in 74 career games with the Ducks. Acquired from Calgary in exchange for a sixth-round selection in the 2014 NHL Entry Draft on Nov. 21, 2013, Jackman has recorded 5-2=7 points with a team-leading 84 PIM in 48 games this season.
Selected by Columbus in the second round (38th overall) of the 2001 NHL Entry Draft, Jackman has scored 32-43=75 points with 800 PIM in 474 career NHL games with Columbus, Phoenix, Los Angeles, New York Islanders, Calgary and Anaheim.
