The Ducks announced today that the club has signed goaltender Ilya Bryzgalov to a one-year contract through the 2014-15 NHL season. Per club policy, financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Bryzgalov, 34, returns to the Ducks organization where he began his NHL career in 2001-02 and was a member of the 2007 Stanley Cup championship team. Bryzgalov has appeared in 69 career games for the Ducks, posting a 26-23-8 record with two shutouts, a 2.48 goals-against average (GAA) and a .909 save percentage (SV%).

The 27-year-old Martinez is a 6-1, 205-pound native of Rochester Hills, Michigan who has appeared in 221 career NHL regular season games, all with the Kings, totaling 62 points (25-37=62).
