The four-time All-Star received the sentence Tuesday in Scottsdale City Court. He was also fined $5,100 and must enroll in an alcohol-treatment program.

The decision was handed down Friday, and the four-time All-Star could face up to six months in jail when he is sentenced Tuesday.
Court Overturns Lafleur Testimony Conviction
Hall of Famer Guy Lafleur has been acquitted by the Quebec Court of Appeal of giving contradictory testimony at his son's bail hearing.
The panel ruled the trial judge erred when he decided Lafleur knew his son Mark was supposed to remain at his parents' home when he was away from the rehabilitation center where he resided.
Lafleur was convicted in May 2009 and given a one-year suspended sentence, fined $100 and ordered to donate $10,000 to charity.
