Goaltender Craig Anderson has signed a $12.6 million, three-year contract extension with the Senators, according to an ESPN.com report.

The New York Rangers have agreed to terms with free agent forward Kevin Hayes.
Hayes, 22, skated in 40 games with the Boston College Eagles of Hockey East (NCAA) this past season, registering 27 goals and 38 assists for 65 points, along with 16 penalty minutes and a plus-34 rating. Hayes was a finalist for the Hobey Baker Award as the top player in collegiate hockey, and he was named to the NCAA East First All-American Team and Hockey East’s First All-Star Team. He established collegiate career-highs in goals, assists, points, plus/minus rating, power play goals (six), and game-winning goals (six). Hayes ranked second in the nation in points, third in plus/minus rating, fourth in assists, and fifth in goals. He finished second on Boston College in goals, points, game-winning goals, and shots on goal (140), tied for second in power play goals, and ranked third in assists and plus/minus rating.
The Toronto Maple Leafs have signed 2014 first-round draft pick forward William Nylander to a three-year entry level contract. Nylander was selected by Toronto eighth overall at the NHL Entry Draft in June.
“Not only does William Nylander bring a high level of speed and skill to his game but he has a very strong character on and off the ice,” said David Nonis. “We believe he has a very bright future and are happy to have him signed to his first NHL contract.”
Nylander, 18, registered one goal, six assists, seven points and six penalty minutes in 22 games with MODO of the Swedish Hockey League in 2013-14. He also played 18 games for Rogle and 17 games for Sodertalje in Sweden’s second division, posting eight points (four goals, four assists) and 19 points (11 goals, eight assists) for each club, respectively.
The Ducks announced today that the club has signed right wing Jakob Silfverberg to a one-year contract through the 2014-15 NHL season.
Silfverberg, 23, has scored 42 points and 24 penalty minutes (PIM) in 100 career NHL games. Silfverberg set career highs in points (23), assists and games played (52), and matched his career best in goals last season with Anaheim.
Selected by Ottawa in the second round (39th overall) of the 2009 NHL Entry Draft, Silfverberg won silver at the 2014 Olympic Winter Games with Team Sweden, earning one assist in six games.
The Red Wings have signed executive vice president and GM Ken Holland to a four-year contract through the 2017-18 season.
Holland has been Detroit's GM for the last 17 seasons, and since he took over in July 1997, his teams have won more regular-season games (746) and postseason games (115) than any other organization.
"Ken is regarded as one of the premier executives in the National Hockey League and has been instrumental in the success of the Red Wings over the last two decades," Red Wings owner Mike Ilitch said in a statement.
The Oilers have signed forward Leon Draisaitl, the third overall pick in the 2014 draft, to a three-year entry level contract, according to an ESPN.com report.
Draisaitl had 105 points (38 goals, 67 assists) in 64 regular-season games for the WHL's Prince Albert Raiders last season.
The Flyers have signed defenseman Michael Del Zotto to a one-year deal, according to an ESPN.com report on Tuesday.
Del Zotto, 24, had a goal and four assists in 25 games for Nashville last season.
The Penguins have re-signed forward Brandon Sutter, according to an ESPN.com report.
GM Jim Rutherford announced Tuesday that Sutter agreed to a two-year deal that will average $3.3M per season.

The Pittsburgh Penguins and restricted free agent forward Nick Spaling have agreed to a two-year contract worth $4.4 million.
The Penguins acquired Spaling and forward Patric Hornquist in a trade with Nashville in June that sent All-Star forward James Neal to the Predators.
The 25-year-old Spaling is coming off a career season in Nashville. He had 13 goals and 19 assists in 71 games.
