Maple Leafs forward Joffrey Lupul has been suspended for two games, without pay, for an illegal check to the head of Lightning defenseman Victor Hedman on Wednesday, March 20, the NHL's Department of Player Safety announced today, according to an NHL.com report.

Ducks forward Corey Perry has been suspended for four games, without pay, for a late, illegal check to Wild forward Jason Zucker during NHL Game No. 384 in Minnesota on Tuesday, March 12, the NHL's Department of Player Safety announced Wednesday.

Patrick Kaleta has been suspended for five games for his hit on Brad Richards, the league announced Monday evening.

League disciplinarian Brendan Shanahan assessed Kaleta the maximum ban allowed a player with a phone hearing, according to an ESPN.com report. 

Flyers forward Harry Zolnierczyk has been suspended for four games, without pay, for charging Senators defenseman Mike Lundin during a game in Philadelphia on Saturday, Mar. 2, the NHL's Department of Player Safety announced Sunday.
