The Ducks' Todd Bertuzzi filed a lawsuit against Marc Crawford, alleging that his former coach?s negligence contributed to the attack on Steve Moore over four years ago, according to a Yahoo Sports report.
According to the documents released Friday, Crawford urged his players to make Moore ?pay the price? and ?failed to exercise control over and caution his players against physical aggression towards Moore.?

NHL Union Settles With Saskin For $400K
The NHL Player's Association has reached a financial agreement with former executive director Ted Saskin, according to a report on ESPN.com.
Saskin, who was fired last May, will be paid $400,000 in a settlement.
"The document was fully executed," NHLPA executive Paul Kelly said of the agreement, according to The Globe and Mail. "Everything that needed to be tendered was exchanged."
Saskin was fired after allegedly accessing player's private e-mail accounts.
Preds' Legwand Gets Probation For Reckless Driving
Predators' center David Legwand pleaded guilty to reckless driving and received a six-month suspended sentence, as reported by the Associated Press.
Legwand was arrested in February and charged with driving under the influence and violating the state?s implied consent law for refusing a blood-alcohol test.
Attorney Roger May said Thursday that Legwand was also given six months probation and a $350 fine.
