US Beats Canada In AHL All-Star Game; Phantoms' Jared Ross Named MVP

Jared Ross had a goal and six assists and PlanetUSA scored nine goals in the third period to beat Canada 14-11 in the AHL All-Star game Monday night, as reported by the Associated Press. It was the highest scoring All-Star game in league history with 25 goals, besting a 13-11 victory by Canada in 2002. Ross, of the Philadelphia Phantoms, was chosen as the game?s MVP.
