The Sabres have waived left wing Tim Kennedy four days after he was awarded a one-year, $1M contract in arbitration, according to an ESPN.com report.
Sabres spokesman Michael Gilbert confirmed the move had been made on Monday, but says the team would have no comment until after the 24-hour waiver period expires.
