Stanley Cup-winning coach Bob Hartley has been appointed coach of the Zurich Lions. Hartley has agreed to a two-year contract. He led the Avalanche to the Stanley Cup in 2001 during a four-year run in Denver. He also coached the Thrashers from 2003-07.
