Sabres center Derek Roy left Buffalo's 4-3 loss to Florida on Thursday night because of a left leg injury and didn't return. Coach Lindy Ruff said Roy will be re-evaluated on Friday, but added that the injury "looks serious." Roy was seen leaving the building on crutches. Roy was hurt with 13 minutes left in the first period after Panthers defenseman Dmitry Kulikov drove Roy into the right wing boards while he was carrying the puck into the Florida zone.
