Stephen Rollins, Los Angeles-based filmmaker and Atlanta native, has interest in buying the Atlanta Thrashers but says he has not made an offer for the team. Rollins told The Associated Press on Wednesday night he has talked with Bruce Levenson, one of the team's owners. Rollins says he is still gathering information about a possible bid and says his only interest would be as a majority owner. The 39-year-old Rollins, the head of Lightning Pictures, says he is such a big hockey fan that he wears his Thrashers jersey at work on game days. He says "nothing would make me happier" than owning the Thrashers and making sure the team remains in Atlanta.
