Blues forward Keith Tkachuk is retiring after the season and will play his final home game Friday night, according to an Associated Press report. The 38-year-old Tkachuk played in his 1,200th game Monday night but was scratched Wednesday night at Chicago because of a lower-body injury, a day after the Blues were eliminated from the playoff race. In January, the five-time All-Star and four-time U.S. Olympian became the fourth player in NHL history with 1,000 points and 2,200 penalty minutes.
