Brian Burke, president and general manager of the Toronto Maple Leafs, announced Thursday that the hockey club has recalled forward Jiri Tlusty from the Toronto Marlies of the American Hockey League. The Maple Leafs also announced that goaltender Joey MacDonald and forward Viktor Stalberg have been assigned to the Marlies, and goaltender Vesa Toskala has been activated to the active roster from injured reserve.
