The Columbus Blue Jackets have recalled forwards Tom Sestito, Mike Blunden and Maksim Mayorov, as well as defenseman Nick Holden and goaltender Dan LaCosta from the Syracuse Crunch, the club?s American Hockey League affiliate, Blue Jackets General Manager Scott Howson announced today.
