The Islanders on Saturday recalled goaltender Yann Danis from Bridgeport of the AHL, as reported by Yahoo.com. Danis played in one game with the Islanders this season, turning aside 27 of 32 shots in a loss to the Canadiens on November 1. In a corresponding move, the Islanders reassigned fellow goalie Peter Mannino to Bridgeport.
