Coach and general manager Jacques Martin said the Panthers aren't going to turn things around by trading players and making wholesale changes. He said he believes in his team, but they need to start playing as a team before they dig themselves in too deep. Martin pointed at the turnaround in Tampa Bay. The Lightning had lost six in a row before beating Florida last week. Entering Friday, the Lightning has a four-game winning streak and is back in the thick of things. ''The answer is within the room,'' Martin said. ``We have 20 players on the team and 20 players have to carry their load and be committed.''
