Toronto forward Mark Bell will be in the lineup when the Maple Leafs visit the Ottawa Senators on Tuesday and teammate Kyle Wellwood will likely join him. Neither Bell or Wellwood has played a game this season. Bell has been serving a 15-game suspension stemming from a drinking and driving incident in San Jose last year. That ban ended Saturday.
