David Nonis, Senior Vice-President and GM of the Maple Leafs, announced Friday that the club has signed centreman Tyler Bozak to a five-year contract. The team also announced they have signed forwards Frazer McLaren and Trevor Smith, as well as defencemen T.J. Brennan and Kevin Marshall to contracts.

Bozak, 27, played 46 games with the Maple Leafs in 2012-13, collecting 28 points (12 goals, 16 assists) with six penalty minutes. 

In 238 career NHL games, all with the Maple Leafs, Bozak has posted 134 points on 53 goals and 81 assists with 48 minutes in penalties. The forward was originally signed as a free agent by Toronto on April 3, 2009.
