The Devils acquired defenseman Marek Zidlicky from the Wild Friday night and sent defenseman Kurtis Foster and forwards Nick Palmieri and Stephane Veilleux back to the Wild in the deal. The Devils also shipped a previously-acquired second-round 2012 draft pick and a conditional 2013 pick to Minnesota in the trade.
