The Blue Jackets have activated goaltender Curtis Sanford off injured reserve and assigned goalie Allen York to the club's AHL affiliate in Springfield, Mass. Sanford has missed the last 10 games due to a pulled groin muscle suffered in practice on Oct. 17. York had been on the big club's roster as a backup to starter Steve Mason.
