The Rangers issued Brandon Dubinsky a one-year, two-way qualifying offer worth $522,500/$60,000 this summer.
It had been previously reported that the offer was worth $698,500.
Dubinsky would have to pass through waivers in order to get to the AHL, which is unlikely.
