Lightning Assign Lundin To Norfolk

Press Release - The Tampa Bay Lightning have assigned defenseman Mike Lundin to the Norfolk Admirals of the American Hockey League, Executive Vice President & General Manager Brian Lawton announced.

Lundin, a 6-foot-2, 188-pound native of Burnsville, Minnesota, has played in 25 games with the Lightning this season, recording two assists. He has spent his entire professional career with Tampa Bay, playing in 106 career NHL games with eight assists and 41 shots on goal. Last season he ranked second on the Lightning in plus/minus rating with a plus-3 and represented the Eastern Conference in the NHL YoungStars Game.

The 24-year-old played in 160 career games with the Maine Black Bears from 2003-07, recording 13 goals and 69 points. [READ]
