The Devils will have Zach Parise on Saturday night when they face the Canadiens, according to a report in The Star-Ledger.
New Jersey officially activated Parise from injured reserve Saturday afternoon.
Parise hasn't played since Oct. 30 in Los Angeles. He underwent arthroscopic surgery to repair a torn meniscus in his right knee Nov. 2.
The Devils are 10 points behind the Rangers for the eighth playoff spots in the Eastern Conference.
