The Toronto Maple Leafs announced Saturday that Ryan Hollweg and Bates Battaglia have been loaned to the Toronto Marlies. The Leafs also announced that Boyd Devereaux, who cleared re-entry waivers on Friday, currently remains on the Maple Leafs roster. Hollweg has recorded two assists and 38 penalty minutes in 25 games for the Maple Leafs this season. In 30 games with the Marlies, Battaglia has tallied 12 goals, 10 assists and 22 points with 22 penalty minutes. Devereaux has played in 45 games for the Marlies this season collecting 16 points on nine goals and seven assists with 14 penalty minutes. He most recently scored two goals in the Marlies? 6-3 win over Syracuse on Wednesday at Ricoh Coliseum. From 2006 to 2008 he played in 93 games for the Maple Leafs registering 15 goals and 22 assists for 37 points along with 36 minutes in penalties.
