Less than two weeks after leading the Chicago Wolves to the AHL?s Calder Cup title, John Anderson was named coach of the Atlanta Thrashers, according to a report by TSN of Canada on Thursday. Anderson will take the helm from General Manager Don Waddell, who took over behind the bench after firing Bob Hartley on October 17.
