With Martin Brodeur making 22 saves and Zach Parise scoring the only goal, the New Jersey Devils disposed of the Columbus Blue Jackets, 1-0, Saturday night at Continental Arena. It was Brodeur's third shutout of the season and 83rd of his career, moving him past the legendary Jacques Plante into sole possession of fourth place all time. He now trails Glenn Hall by just one shutout for third place on the all-time list. "I think it's great," Brodeur said. "I'm moving in the right direction."
