The Ducks on Thursday decided not to match the five-year, $21.5 million offer by the Oilers for left wing Dustin Penner, according to TSN of Canada. Therefore, Penner is now property of the Oilers, who tendered the offer sheet for the Group II restricted free agent on July 26. As compensation, the Ducks receive the Oilers' first-, second- and third-round picks.
