Senators goaltender Andrew Hammond, Flyers center Brayden Schenn and Blue Jackets left wing Nick Foligno have been named the NHL’s “Three Stars” for the week ending April 5.

FIRST STAR -- ANDREW HAMMOND, G, SENATORS

Hammond helped the Senators continue their surge for a playoff berth by posting a 3-0-1 record, 1.63 goals-against average and a .940 save percentage as Ottawa finished the week two points behind both Wild Card spots in the Eastern Conference.

SECOND STAR -- BRAYDEN SCHENN, C, FLYERS

Schenn tied for the League lead in points with six (3-3--6) in three games as the Flyers (32-29-18, 82 points) gained five of a possible six points.

THIRD STAR -- NICK FOLIGNO, LW, BLUE JACKETS

Foligno tied for the League lead in goals (4-1--5) in three games, helping the Blue Jackets (39-35-4, 82 points) set a franchise record with wins in nine consecutive contests -- the longest winning streak in the NHL in 2014-15.
