The Anaheim Ducks announced today that the National Hockey League (NHL) club has signed center Ryan Dingle to a two-year entry level contract. Per club policy, no financial terms of the deal were disclosed. Dingle will report directly to Portland, Anaheim?s primary development affiliate in the American Hockey League (AHL). Dingle, 22, just completed his junior season at Denver University in the Western Collegiate Hockey Association (WCHA), where he scored 22-15=37 points in 40 games. The 5-10, 190-pounder led the Pioneers in goals, power play goals (9), shorthanded goals (2) and game-winning goals (4) while finishing second in overall points.
