Thanks to Sidney Crosby?s concussion, Steven Stamkos has jumped into the league among forwards, followed by the red-hot hands of Ryan Kesler. Crosby only dropped to third, despite not playing since January 5th. Patrick Sharp remains in the top-five at number four, followed by Daniel Sedin, who is now just behind Stamkos in scoring.
On the blueline, Dustin Byfuglien still has a very formidable lead despite a nine game pointless streak. Kris Letang remains second while Shea Weber, Zdeno Chara and Alexander Edler (who is now injured for a couple of months) jumped into the top-five.
In the crease, Tim Thomas remains the league?s most impressive netminder, while the white-hot Jonas Hiller and Roberto Luongo are ranked second and third respectively.
All stats are as of January 31, 2011; all ranking totals are derived using the unique OCPR formulas. Last month?s rankings in brackets.
