The Ducks announced today that the club has acquired right wing Brian McGrattan and defenseman Sean Zimmerman from the Bruins in exchange for center Stefan Chaput and right wing David Laliberte. Both McGrattan and Zimmerman will report directly to Syracuse, Anaheim?s primary development affiliate in the AHL.
