The Kings have agreed to terms on a one-year contract with forward Brad Richardson, Kings President/GMDean Lombardi announced on Saturday. Richardson, 25, set new regular season career highs for games played (81), assists (16) and points (27) while skating with the Kings this past season. He also recorded 11 goals ? including a career high four game-winning goals ? and 37 penalty minutes. The Kings had a record of 10-0-1 in games when Richardson scored a goal this past season. Richardson also skated in all six Kings postseason games in 2010, recording one goal (the game-winner in Game 3 vs. Vancouver), one assist, two points and two penalty minutes. Additionally, he was the Kings nominee for the Bill Masterton Memorial Trophy, given annually to the player who best exemplifies the qualities of perseverance, sportsmanship, and dedication to ice hockey.
