The Blue Jackets have signed goaltender Gustaf Wesslau to a one-year, two-way NHL-AHL contract, GM Scott Howson announced today. As is club policy, terms were not disclosed. Wesslau, 25, played in 32 games for Djurgarden of the Swedish Elite League this past season and had a 2.29 goals-against average, .917 save percentage and two shutouts. ?He had a tremendous season this year with Djurgarden and we are pleased he will begin his North American professional career with the Blue Jackets,? Howson said.
