The Panthers on Monday signed unrestricted free-agent center Dominic Moore to a one-year deal worth $1.1M, according to an ESPN.com report. Moore posted 12 goals and 29 assists in 63 games for the Maple Leafs before being traded to the Sabres at last season's trade deadline.
