Columbus Blue Jackets goaltender Pascal Leclaire underwent successful arthroscopic knee surgery today and is expected to be sidelined approximately six weeks, club President and General Manager Doug MacLean announced. Leclaire suffered the injury in Columbus' 3-2 win over the Vancouver Canucks on December 22. The club's top pick, eighth overall, in the 2001 Entry Draft, has appeared in 21 games with the Blue Jackets this season. He is 6-12-2 with a 2.97 goals-against average, .900 save percentage and one shutout.
