Buffalo goalie Ryan Miller practiced in a full practice with the team on Monday for the first time since he injured his ankle a month ago. Miller has been out since sustaining a high ankle sprain against the Rangers on Feb. 21. "My plan is to get in as quick as possible, but I really can't tell you when that's going to be," Miller said. "It's all dependent on how quickly I get myself up to speed and how my ankle reacts. You don't want to do anything too quick." The Sabres are five points behind the Canadiens for the eighth slot in the Eastern Conference.
