The Toronto Maple Leafs announced Friday that forward Andre Deveaux has been assigned to the Toronto Marlies of the American Hockey League. Deveaux was recalled by the Maple Leafs under emergency conditions from the Marlies on March 18 and played against the Florida Panthers last night. The 6-4, 232-pound forward has appeared in 28 games with the Marlies this season, posting 19 points on 11 goals and eight assists, along with 108 penalty minutes. He has recorded seven powerplay goals and has earned a plus-two (+2) rating with the Marlies.
