When Corey Crawford was asked if he's spending his summer waiting and praying for GM Dale Tallon to trade veteran Nikolai Khabibulin in order to free up room for him on the team's depth chart behind Cristobal Huet, Crawford laughed on the other side of the phone line. "You know what, if I sit here and do that all summer I think I'd drive myself nuts until training camp," Crawford told NHL.com. "The best thing for me to do is take it day by day and focus on my training." Crawford appears headed for his fourth season in the AHL.
