The Stars continued to shake up their front office Wednesday, naming Jeff Cogen team President in place of Jim Lites, who is moving full-time to Hicks Sports Marketing Group. Cogen had been serving as President of baseball's Rangers, which is also owned by Tom Hicks. No timetable for hiring a replacement with the Rangers was announced.
