The Sharks on Friday signed left wing Milan Michalek to a six-year contract extension. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. Michalek, 22, recently completed his second full season, posting career highs with 26 goals and 40 assists in 78 games. During his rookie season, the Czech native had 17 goals and 18 assists in 81 games.
