The Blackhawks have signed goalie Wade Flaherty and defensemen Jim Fahey and Prestin Ryan. Flaherty, 39, appeared in 32 games with the Manitoba Moose in the AHL last season, compiling a 17-9-2 record and 2.42 goals against average. He also has played for the Sharks, Islanders, Predators and Lightning.
