Jamie McGinn, the leading scorer with the Ottawa 67s, has signed with the Sharks, who drafted him 36th overall last year. McGinn, 18, from Fergus, Ont., is currently playing for the Worcester Sharks. In Ottawa this season, he amassed 89 points including 46 goals in 68 regular-season games. "Jamie has had a dynamic career in Ottawa in which he's displayed a wide array of skills and a relentless attitude," said Sharks GM Doug Wilson. "He performed admirably in the playoffs for Ottawa and will continue to help Worcester in their pursuit of the Calder Cup. "His coach in Ottawa, Brian Kilrea, is a legend at the major-junior level and McGinn has and will continue to benefit greatly from their relationship." The Sharks also announced signing right-winger Mike Morris, 23, who just completed his fifth year at Northeastern U.
