The Blues have traded Keith Tkachuck to the Atlanta Thrashers in exchange for first- and third-round draft picks in 2007, a second-round choice in 2008 and forward Glen Metropolit, the team announced Sunday morning. If the Thrashers re-sign Tkachuk, the Blues will acquire a first-round pick in 2008. "We want to thank Keith for his time and dedication to the Blues organization over the past six years," Blues president John Davidson said in a statement. "We wish him and his family nothing but the best for the future."
