Sabres' Afinogenov Out With Broken Wrist

Yahoo.com - The Sabres will be without their second-leading scorer for at least the next six weeks.

Right wing Maxim Afinogenov suffered a broken bone in his left wrist in Buffalo's 2-1 overtime win over Edmonton on Thursday.

"We've lost Max for a minimum of six weeks," Buffalo coach Lindy Ruff said. "He's got a broken scaphoid bone in his wrist. He fell on it." [READ]
