Kovalchuk To Play All 15 Years?

ESPN Insider - The Devils signed Ilya Kovalchuk to an approved 15-year, $100 million contract last week.

No one expects Kovalchuk to play out the full 15 years with New Jersey, which would take him to age 42.

However, Kovalchuk tells Sovietsky Sports' Pavel Lysenkov that he will play for the Devils all 15 years.

And he says, if there's a lockout, he'll play in the KHL. [READ]
