Fedorov Placed On Injured Reserve

Press Release - The Columbus Blue Jackets have placed center Sergei Fedorov on Injured Reserve retroactive to January 6 and added forward Joakim Lindstrom to the roster on emergency recall from the Syracuse Crunch, the club's American Hockey League affiliate, club President and General Manager Doug MacLean announced today. Lindstrom is expected to be in the lineup for tonight's game against Nashville.

Fedorov, who suffered an elbow injury in last Saturday's game at San Jose, has missed Columbus' last two games and is listed as day-to-day. He has tallied 13 goals and 15 assists for 28 points with 26 penalty minutes in 36 games this season. He is tied for the club lead in goals and ranks third in points, while adding six power play, two shorthanded and two game-winning goals.
