Jackets Recall MacKenzie, Mayorov From Syracuse

Press Release - The Blue Jackets have recalled forwards Derek MacKenzie and Maksim Mayorov from the Syracuse Crunch, Columbus? AHL affiliate, GM Scott Howson announced today. Both players are expected to be in the line-up tonight against Anaheim.

MacKenzie has tallied 1-3-4 and is +3 in 17 games with the Blue Jackets this season. He has appeared in 63 career NHL games with the Blue Jackets and Thrashers has collected 3-5-8 and 30 penalty minutes.

Mayorov made his NHL debut last season with the Blue Jackets at St. Louis on January 3 and was scoreless in three games with the club. He has registered 11-12-23 and 18 penalty minutes in 61 games with the Crunch this season. [READ]
