| 9th February, 2010 - 1:34 pm |  New York Post - Marion Gaborik had to be helped off the ice during Rangers practice on Tuesday morning after his knee collided with Henrik Lundqvist's skate during drills.
Gaborik skated in on Lundqvist, who tried to poke-check the puck away. Gaborik tried to jump over Lundqvist's stick but fell to the ice where he laid down for a minute, before skating to the bench on his own. But teammates had to help him off the ice.
"Basically we were working on the shootout drills and they had a collision,? assistant coach Jim Schoenfeld said. ?There is a laceration on Marion's leg. He is being stitched as we speak. As we know more we will pass it along." [READ] |
