Leafs Recall Stalberg, Send Rosehill to Marlies

Press Release - The Maple Leafs announced Sunday that the club has recalled forward Viktor Stalberg from the Marlies of the AHL. The Leafs also announced that forward Jay Rosehill has been assigned to the Marlies.

Stalberg has played in 17 games for the Leafs this season collecting two goals, one assist and six penalty minutes. The 6-3, 210-pound native of Gothenburg, Sweden has also appeared in 31 games for the Marlies registering 29 points (11 goals, 18 assists), along with 30 penalty minutes. He ranks first on the Marlies in assists and plus/minus (+7).

In 14 games with the Leafs in 2009-10, Rosehill earned one goal, one assist and 57 penalty minutes. He has skated in 23 games with the Marlies, where he has one goal and one assist, along with 122 minutes in penalties. [READ]
